The Sunrise Meadows HOA regular board meeting is the 4th Thursday of each month. The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 in place of the regular board meeting. The meeting will be recalled next month is a quorum of members is not established to hold the meeting.

Welcome to the official website for Sunrise Meadows, a friendly neighborhood in Royse City, Texas. Our neighborhood has a homeowners' association. Each property owner is automatically a member of this association. All members are invited to attend our annual and regular board meetings. Upcoming meetings are posted on this page.
The affairs of the association are managed by a volunteer board of directors. These directors are your neighbors and they receive no compensation for their service. We have a management company that further assists in handling the bookkeeping, assessment collection, and enforcement of the HOA's maintenance covenants.
