The Sunrise Meadows HOA regular board meeting is the 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M. via Zoom video conference. The meeting link is on the calendar on the resident portal and is emailed to all members who provided an email address for HOA communications. There is a new meeting link starting in August 2026

Welcome to the official website for Sunrise Meadows, a friendly neighborhood in Royse City, Texas. Our neighborhood has a homeowners' association. Each property owner is automatically a member of this association. All members are invited to attend our annual and regular board meetings. Upcoming meetings are posted on this page.
The affairs of the association are managed by a volunteer board of directors. These directors are your neighbors and receive no compensation for their service. We have a management company that further assists in handling the bookkeeping, assessment collection, and enforcement of the HOA's maintenance covenants.
